Theft of Intellectual Property and deprivation of the right to access vital communication resources

Theft of Intellectual Property - personal email account

It's important to note that I have not had the opportunity to access my gmail accounts for over 24 hours (thedarlinggelidrisio@gmail.com and r0uvv7d7fb361zghv9@gmail.com) and again I have been blocked today while using a local hotel guest computer on good will as I was not able to make it to any of the pulic libraries that I am a member of; somebody possibly using my library card at Nordique and the interuniversitaire Saint-Genevieve Bibliotheque, 75005, that the said library has refused to replace and cancel my membership valid for 2 years (despite complaining that some is suspected to have been entering in my name, accessing the library in my name and further using the computer/internet service in my name to block my email accounts after making serveral failed attempts with the intention to prevent me from access - as a result of being denied a replacement card (as I can not fund 10eur to replace the stolen card) I have been deprived entry and access to both the mentioned library that I am a member of.
